Cards for advertisers

Treat billing consistency as part of campaign operations.

KezaroPay gives advertisers a place to review card billing alongside company and ad-account details. The aim is to address billing mismatch without confusing a payment-identity issue with an advertising-policy decision.

Start with the account behind the campaign

Identify the business paying for the ads and the specific ad account receiving the spend. Check their billing records before selecting or editing a card profile.

For an agency or a team managing several accounts, clear card and profile names help keep one client’s billing context separate from another’s. A shared label is not evidence that two accounts belong to the same business.

Review mismatch before changing details

The workflow compares company country, ad-account country and card billing country. A disagreement can be relevant to a billing review, payment rejection or account restriction.

Correct inaccurate details using genuine business information. A completed alignment check does not promise that an ad platform will accept a payment, reopen an account or approve a campaign.

Keep budgets and activity readable

Cards can be labeled for an advertising account and reviewed with their limits, status and transactions. The workspace distinguishes shared account funds from a dedicated card budget.

These controls help explain the intended workflow. Test transactions and sample balances do not represent money delivered to an advertising platform.

Meta, TikTok, Google and Snapchat

The product illustrates advertising use cases for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads and Snapchat Ads. Each platform has its own account, payment and policy requirements.

Their names and marks describe use contexts only. No official partnership or endorsement is implied. Advertising account integrations will be connected separately; the current release does not verify live platform account data.

When the issue is not billing

Content violations, fraud signals, ownership disputes and other policy decisions must be handled through the relevant platform’s processes. Editing a Billing Profile is not a way to bypass those decisions.

Keep the distinction clear when reviewing an incident: what information disagrees, which platform raised the issue and whether the issue actually concerns billing.
