Custom Billing Edit
Bring your card’s billing identity into alignment.
KezaroPay Custom Billing Edit uses Billing Profiles to organize the details behind a card. Review the company, ad-account and card-billing context together instead of treating each address field as an isolated setting.
What a Billing Profile contains
A profile groups the name and address information presented by the card workflow. Give it a useful internal name, then enter the actual details behind the business or cardholder.
- Business or cardholder name
- Country and street address
- Apartment or suite, where applicable
- City, state or region, and postal code
- Phone number
Compare three parts of the payment identity
The alignment view compares company country, ad-account country and card billing country. Differences can help explain a billing-related review or restriction, but a matching country alone does not establish the legitimacy of an account.
Use the correct records for the company and the relevant advertising account. Do not invent an address or change a country merely to make the visual check match.
Know which cards an edit affects
One profile can be assigned to several cards. Saving changes to that profile updates its assigned cards in the workspace. Review the assignment count before saving.
To keep existing details unchanged for other cards, save a separate profile and assign it only where needed. Profile labels help distinguish businesses, billing contexts or operational uses.
When edits become available
Editing an existing profile or changing a card’s profile assignment requires completion of the initial $300 Cards funding rule. New profile creation is a separate step.
The $300 is Cards funding, not a payment for permission to edit and not the Payments reserve. In this release, the funding and card updates are simulated rather than sent to an issuer.
The boundary of billing alignment
Consistent billing details address the billing side of an account’s payment identity. They do not override content decisions, merchant acceptance, fraud controls or the policies of Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat or another platform.
The named platforms are use contexts, not partners or endorsers. Live ad-account connections are not enabled in this release.
