Funding, reserves and fees
Know what stays yours, and what is held separately.
KezaroPay uses two different $300 rules. Initial Cards funding belongs to the Cards balance. The Payments Merchant Protection Reserve is a separate held amount. Neither should be confused with a transaction fee.
Cards: $300 in cumulative initial funding
Card use begins when initial funding reaches $300 in total. Several funding amounts can add up to that threshold. The funds remain part of the Cards balance, available under the product’s spending and withdrawal rules.
It is not a fee, reserve, collateral or permanent minimum balance. Once reached, the threshold remains complete even when the balance drops below $300. Card details, existing billing-profile edits, wallets and physical-card activation use this initial requirement.
Payments: one $300 Merchant Protection Reserve
Payments uses one reserve for the merchant account, shared across Gateway and Payment Links. The reserve is held while processing is active, outside Pending and Available balances.
It is refundable after processing closes and the account is reviewed. It is not charged once per payment link and does not satisfy the Cards initial funding requirement.
Check each transaction’s actual cost
The withdrawal review shows the source, transfer fee and recipient amount. Payment records separate gross amount, processing fee and net amount. Physical-card order review separates the card, finish and delivery charges.
The current workspace uses sample prices to demonstrate these summaries. They are not a published live fee schedule or a binding quote for a connected financial provider.
Funding and third-party costs
The Cards product describes no KezaroPay platform hold on its balance. Merchant and card-network authorization holds may still apply when live services are available.
Crypto network costs, processor terms and destination-specific charges are separate questions. Confirm the supported route, currency and complete amount before any future live transaction. Do not send funds to test addresses shown in the current release.
What still needs confirmation for live use
Live provider pricing, card availability, withdrawal routes and merchant eligibility have not been established by this testing release. A usable account login does not mean financial processing is active.
Use the product pages to understand the rules now. Live terms and a verified support channel must be available before relying on the product to move money.
