Terms and current product rules

Understand this release before using it.

These KezaroPay rules explain account access, the testing workspace and the distinction between Cards and Payments. The publisher’s complete legal terms for live financial services have not yet been published.

Account access and security

Use your own account and keep the password and security codes private. Account access does not authorize the use of another person’s payment identity or business information.

Sign out on shared devices. Registration and sign-in use the server account system, but password-reset email delivery is not currently connected. Keep that limitation in mind before relying on account recovery.

A testing workspace, not live money movement

Cards, funding, withdrawals, merchant payments and physical-card orders are simulated in the current release. Sample card details, addresses, QR codes, credentials and status messages must not be used for real payments.

A successful test result does not create an issued card, a processor payment, a settled balance, a shipment or a completed bank transfer. Financial state is saved in the browser and can be lost when that storage is cleared.

Cards and Payments have different requirements

The Cards rule is $300 of cumulative initial funding. Under the product model, that amount stays spendable or withdrawable and is not a reserve or permanent minimum balance.

Payments has one separate $300 Merchant Protection Reserve shared by Gateway and Payment Links. It is held while processing is active and refundable after processing closure and account review.

Accurate identity and lawful use

Billing Profiles should use genuine cardholder or business details. Custom Billing Edit concerns billing alignment; it does not override platform policy, fraud decisions or rights to use an account.

Merchant use is intended for lawful businesses and requires individual review. Third-party names and logos illustrate use contexts or integration workflows, not official endorsement or partnership.

Live-service terms still need publication

The legal contracting entity, governing terms, formal complaints process, provider conditions and final live fee schedule require owner and legal review. This page does not invent those details or replace the missing provider agreements.

No live support inbox is configured. Test tickets in the workspace are local records rather than delivered complaints or messages. Review the Contact page for the current state.
